Getting up for sadhana in the morning is a totally selfish act – for personal strength, for personal intuition, for personal sharpness, for personal discipline, and overall for absolute personal prosperity. Your mind will always tell you not to obey because if you start obeying something else, you cannot obey your mind. 
The mind is an angel when it is your servant. The mind becomes a monster when it becomes your master.

When you understand who and what you are, your radiance projects into the universal radiance and everything around you becomes creative and full of opportunity. The fact is that there is nothing more beautiful, more worthy or more conscious than you. Make this life a chance for the presence of God to be felt through you. “Give yourself a chance to have the presence of God work through you…Let the presence of God, through your life, start to be known and felt. When the heart gets into prayer, every beat of the heart creates a miracle. Shallow breathing means no endurance, no patience. As a healer, the first thing to tell every patient is to breathe deeply. When you do not consciously relate to your body, your mind does not relate consciously to you. To be real, our feet should be on the Earth and our head should be in the Heavens When your mind thinks too much, it loses touch with the reality of life. If you are happy, happiness will come to you because happiness wants to go where happiness is. What is meditation? When you empty yourself and let the universe come in you. The art of happiness is to serve all, and all shall serve you. The pair of opposites do not effect a yogi - neither praise nor insult. Wrong will take a short time or a long time to make the individual aware that something is wrong, and that is the beginning of that person’s awakening. What is God? In reality it is your own positive self, your higher Self, your universal Self, the Self which knows no defeat, the Self which can rise again and again and again like a wave in the ocean. Your mind is your servant, your body is your vehicle and your soul is your residence. If you can’t see God in all, you can’t see God at all. I do not believe in miracles, I rely on them. 
In Kundalini yoga the most important thing is your experience.
